You would think all the reports, blogs and talk about Coachella music festival in California would be all about the music? No, it would seem music is second and there is more emphasize on the three day annual festivals fashion goers mainly while music is taking the back seat. At the festival Women used there opportunities to embody there inner hippies and channel looks from the 60′s 70′s 80′s and 90′s even mixing the genres up. Dungarees seemed to have made a come back in denim, white and black teamed with a little crop top underneath. The California sun provided the perfect opportunity for the coachellets to demonstrate chic fashion but also offer the not so privileged goers an inside view of trends that will dominate this summer. Denim shorts were a staple as always, bohemian jewelry was to be seen in every corner which the hipster extravaganza and paradise that Coachella is.
It would seem the majority of festival girls were bonkers for boho. The fringed bag was back with a vengeance while more grunge style victims wore there torn up denim. The girly and hippy girls were seen in floral headbands probably the latest and most trending festival accessory currently. Vanessa Hudgens was seen looking goddess like in white with deep red rose colored band. Katy Perry looked the part in D&G crop top and swing skirt, head to toe teamed with perfect shades which made a nice change from all the reappearing shorts.
Mixed prints made there way onto the Coachella runway as did maxi skirts with a bohemian twist. Clash pints and over accessorizing went down a treat for the sunny weather. Quirky sunglasses have never been so versatile to date as now potentially another ideal way to spruce any outfit up. Wide leg hippy flare trousers were a surprise return but perfect and appropriate wore by Vanessa Hudgens on another day. Vanessa Hudgens I think could win a trophy for the perfect style diary for the event. Take style inspiration from the stars in the photos like, Rita, Alesandro, Vanessa and many more. There is no excuse now for not knowing whats on trend for festivals with the wide variety of styles that Coachella has brought us.
